Sharyl Paull, BA, C-IAYT

I began my journey with yoga in 2001. As a long distance runner that couldn't touch my toes, I signed up for a yoga class in an effort to relieve tight muscles and gain flexibility. I was immediately hooked. Over the next several years I explored many different yogic traditions and eventually found my home in the Ashtanga practice. I have completed two teacher trainings in the Ashtanga method along with several other yoga based trainings including yoga adjustments and Restorative Yoga.

After experiencing a significant low back injury I was able to heal myself with a therapeutic yoga practice. This started me on the path of using the principles of yoga and functional movement as therapy and went on to complete an IAYT approved certification program in Yoga Therapy, along with trainings in Hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness for women’s health and Reembody Method. I believe that when you are free of pain and all the energy it draws, you truly get to show up for your life and all of the activities that bring you joy. I am continuously amazed at the possibilities that exist for healing and feel so blessed to be able to help people with this journey.
